New Features
- Self-serve sign-up and subscriptions: New users can now sign up and buy a CarbonAI subscription directly in CarbonAI through a secure checkout powered by Stripe, with a single, streamlined sign-in experience across the platform.
- Daily News Briefing: The home screen now opens with a Daily Briefing — a short morning overview of the day's carbon-markets news, grouped into key themes and linked to the source stories.
- Personalised briefings: Pick the topics you follow, such as voluntary and compliance markets, carbon pricing, REDD+ & forestry, engineered removals, Article 6 or CORSIA & aviation, and your briefing covers only those. You can turn the briefing off in your profile.
- Skills tray: A new tray under the message box opens CarbonAI's skills in one click — Greenwashing Check, Greenhushing Check, Supply Chain Risk, Project Pricing, Project Ratings and Country Ratings — each with a short guided form.
Improvements
- Rebuilt ESG Country Risk dashboard: The Overview, Country Profile, Comparison and Classification pages now run on the same faster front end as the Country Impact Index, with a direct link to the ESG methodology.
- Upgraded profile settings: The profile window opens straight away with your current settings, and the dropdowns load in the background. Briefing preferences now sit alongside company, location, industry and role.
- Secure service-to-service access: CarbonAI's automated services, such as data pipelines and scheduled scripts, now sign in with their own dedicated Auth0 credentials instead of shared keys, strengthening security across the platform.
- Automated quality checks: The evaluation suite that continuously tests CarbonAI's answers now signs in with its own dedicated credentials rather than a test user account.
- Seamless transition: The move to dedicated credentials is being phased in, so existing workflows, including Project Rating report generation, keep running without interruption.
