The current sprint is in its early stretch, with 51 tickets in flight (setting aside recurring ceremony tasks). The focus this cycle is on the accuracy and speed of Carbon Insights, faster Project Ratings, and widening registry coverage — with several data-quality fixes already shipped. Highlights:
Project Ratings — longer summaries
The Project Rating report was updated to accommodate the new, more detailed rating summaries, and will ship this week.
Credit Activity — Zombie Proportion
Refined the Zombie Proportion sub-feature within Credit Activity, sharpening how dormant credits are measured and scored.
Data & search housekeeping
Rebuilt the global search index to drop legacy fields, added scraping of CDM project documents, and fixed an issue with automated report emails not reaching admins.
Carbon Insights — accuracy & speed
A cluster of consistency and accuracy fixes across the dashboards — filter counts, proponent counts, and view totals — alongside targeted work on load speed, tab migration, and QA.
Faster Frontend Load Times
A caching proof-of-concept plus broader database performance work, aimed at bringing down general load times. First focus is to target Project Ratings. This will expand to all dashboards.
New Verra registry
Preparing to bring a new Verra registry online, extending the breadth of projects we cover.
Greenwashing & Greenhushing reports
Improving crawler reliability and resolving inconsistencies in the automated report generation, so the reports capture sources more completely.
AI workflows on renewable energy
Moving all of CarbonAI's AI workflows onto infrastructure powered by renewable energy. The chatbot and researcher agent are already migrated — we're clearing up the last few workloads now.
Design — ratings & sub-solution pages
Ongoing UI/UX design across the Project Ratings report revamp and the sub-solution pages — CarbonAI Chat, Market Insights, project pricing and ratings — feeding the next wave of the site build.
