The through-line this sprint is the migration off the legacy Reporting Hub onto a faster, more responsive React frontend — moving the country reports across one family at a time — alongside a set of features being readied for production and new self-service capabilities taking shape. A new Carbon Markets Daily Briefing is also coming to the home page. Highlights:
Project Ratings dashboard refresh — ready for production
The Project Ratings dashboard now leads with an Overview tab, and the project list cards have been simplified for a cleaner read. Readied for production this sprint.
Carbon Insights stability — ready for production
Resolved a failure that occurred when several projects were selected together, so multi-project comparisons now load reliably. Readied for production this sprint.
Self-service sign-up V1 — ready for production
The first version of the CarbonAI self-service sign-up flow has been readied for production, laying the groundwork for website-driven onboarding.
Reporting Hub migration
Country reports are being rebuilt in React to retire the legacy Reporting Hub: the SDG report is complete, the TII report is in progress, and the ESG report is queued next.
Carbon Markets Daily Briefing on the home page
A timer-triggered news ingestion pipeline and a new feed are being built to power a Carbon Markets Daily Briefing section on the CarbonAI home page.
Self-service sign-up & Stripe checkout
Implementation of the sign-up and Stripe payment/checkout flow is underway, so users will be able to subscribe to CarbonAI directly from the website.
Rating report polish
A batch of design refinements to the AI-generated rating report — cover image sizing, clearer axis dates, spacing, and colour — is progressing through review and QA.
Auth0 machine-to-machine access
Programmatic API access is moving to Auth0 machine-to-machine credentials, replacing the legacy token generator with a more secure, standards-based approach.
Ratings methodology v2.1
Version 2.1 of the ratings methodology is progressing through release and validation with the Data Science team before it reaches production.
Platform & DevOps groundwork
Multi-sprint work continues on modernising the build and deployment pipelines, provisioning static storage and deployment automation, and product analytics instrumentation across report pages.
